[Internal]:Document changes in navigation for Connector UIs

Description

Connectors are removed from Elasticsearch's primary navigation as of 9.2 (both ES3 and ECH), and we'll keep the UIs discoverable via kibana search only. Content Connector UIs under Stack Management remain unchanged (used by Security and Observability) and are not affected by this change.
We should update our docs and release notes to reflect the change and let customers actively using Connectors via Elasticsearch navigation know.

We have the formula that we use everywhere:

"Find X using the global search field."

This formula is what we can lean on for the other 9.2 nav changes issue :)
