[Internal]: Update Cases connector docs to reflect GA status and add missing fields #3125

Description

A customer has reported that our documentation for the Kibana Cases connector is out of date.

We need to update the Cases connector and action and any other related documentation in the following ways:

  • Update the screenshot to show a more updated version. The current screenshot displays this as a Technical Preview, but it is now GA.
  • Add details for the "Template Name" dropdown: The documentation is missing information about the Template Name dropdown field that appears when configuring the connector as a rule action. We need to add a description of what this field does (i.e., it allows users to select a specific case template to apply when this action is triggered; this field is optional).
