What happened?
In the page of ES exporter, we suggest:
Update to Elasticsearch version 8.17.6 or higher and the Elasticsearch exporter version 0.121.0 or higher, or install a custom component template. Remove batch processors to prevent metric splitting.
I think we should recommend ES Exporter version 0.124.0 or higher due to open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#38083
