What happened?
APM agent central configuration is not available in Serverless.
This was clearly marked in 8.19.x doc https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/observability/8.19/apm-configure-agent-config.html
However, when going to the latest doc https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/apm/apm-server/apm-agent-central-configuration), the label there is Stack and nowhere in the page it is explained that is not supported in Serverless.
