[9.2] Add ESQL link for the knn query type in the 'Querying semantic_text fields documentation'

Starting with version 9.2, kNN will be available in ESQL. Update the semantic_text field type documentation under the Querying semantic_text fields section to include a link to the ESQL kNN documentation, in addition to the existing Query DSL link.
