What happened?

I would rephrase:

Platinum or Enterprise license is required to raise a support ticket. Refer to Getting Help for more information.

With (just a draft):

A subscription is required to raise a support ticket. Refer to Getting Help for more information. For users without a subscription, please raise an issue in Github Integrations repo or Discuss forum.

I would move it to the top to avoid confusion.

Also, I would specify that non-GA integrations are not recommended in production environments and:

Elastic will work to fix any issues, but features in <beta|alpha|tech preview> are not subject to the support SLA of official GA features
