What happened?

On the page https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/observability-ai-assistant

• using a local LLM with O11y & Search AI Assistants must be contextualized to 9.2.0. In prior version, it is not allowed.

Also, we need to explicitly add a banner in https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/connect-to-own-local-llm to say:

• Elastic doesn't support the setup and configuration of the local LLMs. The example provided is as-is.
• The perfomances of the local LLM must be evaluated prior using them, with a call out to https://www.elastic.co/docs/solutions/observability/llm-performance-matrix#evaluate-your-own-model
