[REQUEST] [Security]: Increase maximum Osquery timeout to 24 hours

Description

Per #345, in osquery, the maximum query timeout has been increased to 86400 seconds (24 hours).

This change needs to be applied to the docs for 9.x, and 8.16, 8.17. 8.18 (and will apply to 8.19)
