Add warning for removal of Search applications from nav

Context:

The Search applications option has been removed from the navigation menu in serverless AND 9.2.

ToDo:

Add a warning to the Search applications docs page stating that this functionality is no longer available for new users and that old users will still keep seeing it.

DoD:
Get the change reviewed from the search SMEs and tech writers.
