[Internal]: Removed `AI Assistant Settings` privilege

Description

We recently removed the AI Assistants Settings privilege from the Management section. Previously, this privilege was only responsible for displaying the AI Assistants page in Stack Management. After the removal, access to the AI Assistants page is determined by individual Assistant app privileges.

I'm pretty sure this privilege was not documented. Tagging in @mdbirnstiehl @leemthompo @florent-leborgne and @szabosteve for confirmation.

I don't think we have any pages about the AI Assistants page in Stack Management, and since there's no page that details all the kibana "Management" permissions, I can't think of anywhere that would mention this privilege. I also used the Ask docs AI feature for any references to this priv and didn't come up with anything.

@benironside You're probably right. What I think we could do though is:

• As part of this issue: Scan for existing pages about setting up the AI Assistants (both of them) and Agent builder, and make sure that we correctly list privileges needed to set up these features
• As part of a different issue (in our little rework project): Plan to better split the setup/configuration parts, done by admins and the usage parts, where we might want to list the prerequisites for using the AI Assistants
