[Website]: Explain how users should migrate from deprecated EDOT components #3706

What happened?
Having the table correctly reflecting the list of components is great.
I think:
- We should guide users on what to do when they are using deprecated components (here). It can be from a simple "redeploy" the new EDOT Collector config to something more detailed.
- We should tell what is the Elastic Release version associated to the deprecation (e.g. 9.2.0) for the 2 mentioned above.
