[Internal][ResponseOps][9.3 & Serverless]: Schedule for exported reports can be deleted #3721

Description
In previous versions, scheduled exports could not be deleted. They could only be turned off and then you'd need to create a new one. In 9.3 and Serverless, users can now delete schedules.
Will need to modify the note at the end of this section.
