The Obs AI Assistant documentation states
Conversations created by the AI Assistant are public and accessible to every user with permissions to use the assistant.
This is outdated. With the conversation sharing feature, all conversations are initially private, but can be shared by with the team by the owner of the conversation. We should remove that note and update the conversation visibility information accordingly with #3792
