[Suggestion] Automatic Migrations Translations Summary for Dashboards

With this ticket i am requesting 2 improvements to Automatic Migrations docs.

1. Add details about Dashboards Translation Summary

Every Dashboard translations has a Translation summary which users can view to see how translation proceeded. It will be great to add a section for this.

2. Support for Splunk Dashboards

Today we only support Classic Splunk Dashboards which are v1.1. So there can be instances where an unsupported Splunk Dashboard will result in Not Translated status. See screenshot below.

So we need to add a section of the same informing users about the support and Error messages.

Message	Meaning
No Panels found	No supported panels exist in dashboard. See below panel support matrix
Unsupported Splunk XML: Unsupported version. Only version 1.1 is supported	We only support v1.1 dashboards and something other that version was supplied
