Mark 'long_document_strategy' and 'max_chunks_per_doc' as tech preview in 9.2

In the API documentation for the PUT Elasticsearch Inference API, the parameters long_document_strategy and max_chunks_per_doc are not currently marked as tech preview for version 9.2.

Update the docs to indicate that these two parameters are tech preview in 9.2.
