[Internal][Bug][ML UI]: Fix minor navigational issues in the "Getting started with anomaly detection" tutorial #4002

Description
The "Create sample anomaly detection jobs in Kibana" section has a some areas that need to be updated:
- In the first list item, users are instructed to load sample data sets from the Kibana home page. This is only applicable for those using the classic nav. For those using the solution-specific nav (on Stack and in Serverless), they must go to the Integrations page in the app to access the sample data. We should note this difference.
- In the second half of the section, users are instructed to access the Anomaly Detection Jobs page from the Stack Management menu. Current docs guidance is to simplify or revise instructions that include references to the Stack Management menu since it'll likely change again in the future. Here, we should encourage users to find the Anomaly Detection Jobs page by using the search bar at the top of the app.
