[Serverless]: Index Management template settings docs linked from UI contains properties that aren't available in serverless

Description

Since we don't duplicate all our settings docs for serverless, we will send them to the stateful docs that have the content related to what they are doing. When going through the index template creation process in the serverless UI, for more information it sends the users to Index Modules which contains all the properties that are available. Unfortunately not all these properties are available in serverless and as you can see from the UI the user will get an error because an option they choose may not be supported in serverless.

Resources and additional context

This is a problem for more docs that just the index modules.
