Project settings menu item should be sentence style in the docs. First sentence on this page: https://www.elastic.co/docs/current/serverless/project-settings
We should do a global scrub to make sure Project Settings is changed to Project settings.

The UI is inconsistent across project types. Open bug in UI. Sentence style is the change they will make.

@KOTungseth I checked and the only UI currently that shows "Project Settings" in the incorrect casing is Security. We should spin up a new UI issue for the team to correct that. Do you know which team should get this new issue?
