Fix instances of 'Version 9.0 of Beat/Agent has not yet been released'

We have many instances throughout the 9.0.0 migrated docs of:

Version 9.0.0-beta1 of Filebeat/Metricbeat/Heartbeat... has not yet been released.
Version 9.0.0-beta1 of Elastic Agent has not yet been released.

This affects the:

• Fleet & Agent install docs
• Beats install docs
• A handful of Observability tutorials.

The install commands for all platforms need to be re-added.
