Reinstate Elasticsearch link checker #3079
Description
We disabled sub check_elasticsearch_links in #2656 as a temporary fix, about 18 months ago now. We had a broken link (fortunately unused) that I only noticed "by eye". Please could we reinstate this check to avoid the risk of further broken links going unnoticed?
