add support for OTel Operator `useImport: true` option

Our Docker image for OTel Operator usage should include an "autoinstrumentation.mjs" (note the .mjs file extension) to support this coming useImport: true option in the OTel Operator: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-operator#3416
