CloudWatch log retention for ESF own logs #666
Description
Describe the enhancement:
ESF AWS installation does not allow to set custom retention for cloudwatch logs groups that ESF creates. This causes retention perioid to be always "never expire" for these logs.
Could we have feature to address this issue?
a) We could specify in configuration the log-group for ESF internal logs so it could be created and configured outside ESF
b) We could set retention for ESF internal log groups in ESF installation configuration
c) If this is already possible point me to right place to find information
Currently we need manually change log group retentions after ESF installation.

Use cases for this include:
- legal restrictions to store logs indefinitely
- cost savings
