Upon verifying

co/elastic/clients/elasticsearch-java/9.2.1/elasticsearch-java-9.2.1.jar'
gpg: Signature made Tue 11 Nov 2025 13:16:15 CET
gpg:                using RSA key 023D71523D202A0E

which is fairly recent one, I encountered problem of missing 023D71523D202A0E key.

• hkps://keys.openpgp.org
• hkps://pgpkeys.eu

of which only hkps://keys.openpgp.org has some key material, but unusable with gpg:

new key but contains no user ID - skipped

Please distribute key used to sign Central artifacts.
