Move to relocated repo for JSR305

The com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305 has been relocated to and maintained on com.github.spotbugs:spotbugs-annotations since 2017
Will there be a release where we move to spotbugs?

Thanks for the report. I'm however confused by this information:

• I have no idea where the relocation warning displayed on mvnrepository comes from (this website, although very useful, is not an official source), and the artifacts are still available on Maven Central.
• The spotbugs library that is indicated as a replacement has a dependency on com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305. So it's actually not a replacement!

I'm therefore closing this issue. Feel free to reopen it if you have more information.
