[CI] Fix the lucene compatibility tests in intake

the last commit before the lucene update is not compatible in how we apply the buildscan plugin these days.
We now instead created a branch "combat-lucene-10-0-0" where we added a compatibibility fix.
Now we pick the fix commit instead.
