Marking this as low risk because I suspect it might be environmental. In fact the two failures linked are different failures and both seem to be for different environmental reasons. I'm tempted to close this.

Scan failed on my PR, during iterations, which is expected #122991

The issues with Can't run executable: [...] does not exist. have been caused by a bug in the test cluster setup which has been fixed in #124628 .
I can see that it caused the failure in elasticsearch-periodic-platform-support #6959 / rhel-8_platform-support-unix.
If the second failure from the PR was expected, then you can safely close this issue.
