The failing test was added today by #126653, so I assigned this to @idegtiarenko .

I believe the test failure shows that the query failed the "old fashioned way" rather than succeeding by retrying; since this is just the old behavior, I believe this can be considered a low risk test failure. @idegtiarenko , do you agree?
