This doesn't repro for me with latest from main. There are some chances this is fixed with this recent PR

I tested this exact command gradlew :x-pack:plugin:esql:internalClusterTest --tests "org.elasticsearch.xpack.esql.action.EsqlActionBreakerIT.testTopNPushedToLucene" -Dtests.seed=6643125721DEBCC8 -Dtests.locale=nds -Dtests.timezone=Pacific/Apia -Druntime.java=24
