Possibly phase out old ESQL query log in favor of new query logging

New analytic logging system is being implemented under #142295. This makes existing ESQL query log obsolete. We may want to merge it with this new system. Here are the questions we need to answer to achieve that:

• Do we need 4 log level thresholds as exist now, or one threshold (as in the new system) is enough?
• Do we want to keep profile metrics in the query log?
• Do we want the old settings still work or we should tell the users to migrate to new ones?
