https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-specification currently relies on old watcher recordings that no longer reflect reality.
Tested manually with
./gradlew restResourcesZipandunzip -l x-pack/rest-resources-zip/build/distributions/rest-resources-zip-9.2.0-SNAPSHOT.zip | grep watcher.
