Switch to sending metrics as OTLP

I think we should consider rewriting gobench to send OpenTelemetry metrics. We would use OTel semantic conventions for some properties such as the timestamp, hostname, Go version, OS, etc. We can send OTLP to APM Server, which would take care of dynamically mapping metrics.
