[Discover][ES|QL] Highlight the results of a search

Describe the feature:

With the MATCH command (currently only available on snapshots) you can search exactly as you could with KQL

In the dataview mode, Discover highlights the results

I would like the same experience for the ES|QL users too

Blocked as it is currently on the snapshots. I am not vry familiar with how this highlight logic works in Discover but is something I am expecting to see also in the ES|QL mode too

With the new in-table search the user can get some highlighting.

Getting it with MATCH would be a good addition.

The ES team is working on a special function that is going to enable it elastic/elasticsearch#132549

This means that the users should know and use this function if they want to highlight
