[snapshot and restore] Support system indices in Restore Status tab

The Restore Status tab will fail to show results when only system indices were restored. The supporting query needs use the expand_wildcards option.

Both PRs linked above have been merged, so this one should be ready to be worked on.

While the client has been updated, it appears something is amiss on the operations side and the elasticsearch client isn't being updated. @kapral18 will talk to them to get this moving forward.

Waiting for #230030 to be merged. It contains recovery request types addition that we depend on. I could ignore the types potentially, but since the PR is open and to avoid double work and not introduce unnecessary ts ignores I think it's overall faster to just wait the PR merge

Found the querystring property on the request params shape. Can use that one. But it's mutually exclusive with expand_wildcards that will be added by the #230030 PR. But @afharo said they will handle it ok if I merge before them. And their PR might take a while. So will move on with the fix.
