The Save button in the Settings flyout is always active even if the user doesn't change anything. This allow the user to Save settings that are already saved.

Expected behaviour:
The save button should be disabled until the user has made changes. Changes will only be saved if the user clicks on the save button. If the user clicks 'Cancel', the changes will not be applied.
