The breadcrumb for both appears to show as "Alerts / Rules". I would expect the alerts page would terminate at Alerts, and the "Manage Rules" link would expose "Rules" at the end. (I assume this is related to the need to highlight "Alerts" in the navigation for both of these pages, due to the fact that we don't have a "Rules" link in the nav).
