Description
When field is in error, error text should be present for it.

Preconditions
Platform -> Dashboards page.

Steps to reproduce

1.Navigate to any View details in the Actions column in the table and press Enter.
2.Navigate to Tags field.
3.Enter random text (f.e.: aaa).
4.Observe the page.

UI elements

Actual Result

• Field gets red color, but no error text present below the field.

Expected Result

• Error text is present below the field (something like: incorrect tag entered).
