Logging improvements when embedded vs querying ES version mismatch #246

Description
Plugin started following stack {major.minor} and releases with the same version (independent patch version). This gives an opportunity to highlight in the logs if plugin is running against the different ES version from the version plugin is built.
- A warning if there is mismatch between the queried version of ES and the embedded version of ES
- Additional context to exception logs, stating the version of the embedded version of ES
