Extend the scope of this a bit and not only talk about OTel data streams vs classic APM but also about other kinds of ECS-based data streams, such as the ones we're using in our integrations. That would also require us getting into a bit more detail about the different schemas, how the document structure differs, how we ensure compatibility, and what the limits of the compatibility are.
