Description
Adds release notes for 8.17.6 (#6798) and updates the known issue descriptions for the bug that forces prebuilt rules to update if the user creates a new Defend integration policy (elastic/docs-content#1094). Made this change to the v8.16.6, v8.17.4, v8.17.5 known issues.
