[Network strip] Enhance network requests status with ERR_ codes

Summary

At the moment, requests with an ERR_* termination code are default to "-1" status. This issue is to explore if it's possible to enrich it with the actual error code returned by chrome.

Check to see if Playwright exposes this and how to capture and display in Elastic

@drewpost can you please help us refine this issue so engineers understand what it's asking for? We can get engineers involved to help if needed, but I don't think we can put this in "Ready" in this state.

This is an R&D ticket to do, effectively, what Emilio put in the original issue. Instead of a useless -1 status showing up, we want to see if it's possible to grab the error from Chrome and send that back. The idea would be to show this in the existing UIs
