First stab at a custom agent to do a specialized review of the TF schema based on the open api schema.
Custom agents are a recently released Copilot feature

This is very much just a proof of concept. I don't suspect given the below instructions this will be incredibly useful. But... I think if we extend this and hook it up to an MCP that can materialize the OAS for a given request / response then it might really improve the ability of copilot to perform reviews.
