AMQP Prefix references EIO

According to the docs (https://docs.elastic.io/components/amqp/index.html), the name of the queue will be dynamically generated based on the USER_ID, FLOW_ID prefixed with eio_consumer_

If this can be modified to something that doesn't reference EIO that would help prevent confusion for our customers.

"We received another user support issue which exposed EIO reference in the UI and log. The error is caused by the previous step error on a draft flow to cause the spreadsheet component generate sample failed and display the following message in the text block. We helped the user to fix the error step, then the spreadsheet doesn't throw error anymore, but it is very odd for our user to see the "elasticio" error which doesn't really help them to figure out what's caused the error."
