Investigate and fix "Component failed to start." issue

If component fails to establish a connection with AMQP server, then few next calls will cause "Component failed to start." error.
STR:

1. Create a working flow with AMQP component.
2. Change credentials to the incorrect.
3. Run flow with incorrect credentials.
4. Fix credentials.
5. Execute flow.

ER:
Minigfull errors on executions with incorrect credentials.

AR:
"Component failed to start." on the executions that follow failed executions.
