Metaphone only returning 4 characters

When passing any string to be encoded with Metaphone or DoubleMetaphone only a maximum of 4 characters are returned.

Solution:
When calling the constructor it takes a single parameter specifying the maximum length of the output.
e.g.new DoubleMetaphone(10)
