Caching when using "changes-only" mode

Caching is a big feature of electric, however the documentation is rather vague when it comes to caching of "changes-only" mode combined with subset__*params.

Looking at the request responses, I see that Cache Control: no-cache is set.
The request payload looks like this:

I assume caching is not possible at all for "changes-only" mode?

Yeah there's no point to caching new changes because you never reload old data. When you request the full log, it is heavily cached.
