Motarola XT1580 phone test:
Test 5 - 	Tested on Motarola XT1580 android 6.0, bluetooth
		Started with devices paired	//Doesn't fix
		Removed balenced scanmode	//Doesn't fix
		May have to upgrade target version of app

Android 6+ tests
Test 6 - 	Reverted changes, both devices added successfully, but on second device
		characteristic events stop and none are triggered.

Remaking adapter each time
Test 7 - 	No differance in functionality

Test 8 -	No blocking code in android, not a thread issue.

Upcomming bluetooth changes:
	- 	Doesn't work with android 6, add support
	- 	Errors with multiple devices, add support
	-	Need to be able to reset bluetooth adapter when it locks up (android issue)
	-	Make bluetooth LE library

Test 9 - 	Android 5.1 doesn't work with multiple devices
		Android 6+ requires setting changed in settings. location must be enabled to
		 discover devices.
