Very large rageshake logs

We have some insanely large rageshakes from Element Android devices: see for example https://rageshakes.element.io/api/listing/2025-08-20/050647-IJ3TNQLN/ which is 550MB of uncompressed data, and 8569885 lines.

Such large rageshakes take ages to ingest on the rageshake system and surely cannot be useful.

For reference: Element-Web limits its logs as follows:

• First we expire logs until either there are less than 24 hours' worth, or the total volume is less than 5MB
• Then, if there are still more than 100MB of logs, we expire logs until there are less than 100MB.
