Steps to reproduce

1. I am in a space on my private server.
2. I click to join the Video Room and get the following error:
3. The server is not configured to work with Element Call. Please contact your server admin (Domain: heroesofthevoid.online, Error Code: MISSING_MATRIX_RTC_FOCUS)
4. However, if a friend of mine joins the Call Room, I can then join the room.

My username is @soldice:mydomain.online
My friends username is generally @Friend:matrix.org
We are running a Tuwunel Matrix Server with the following containers:

1. lucaslorentz/caddy-docker-proxy:ci-alpine
2. ghcr.io/element-hq/lk-jwt-service:latest
3. livekit/livekit-server:latest
4. jevolk/tuwunel:latest

Outcome

What did you expect?

I expected that I should be able to join the Video Call room without having another participant join before me

What happened instead?

I have to wait for another Participant to join the room so that I can enter otherwise I will receive the above mention error (Item element-hq/element-web#3)

When your friend joined, you were able to join because you joined their SFU, which is the matrix.org one.
This is likely a configuration issue on your SFU.
Can you share the config in your {matrixdomain.tld}/.well-known/matrix/client?

Edit: Can you also test using the livekit tester, https://livekit.com/webrtc/connection-test - May help find the issue.
