The video call interface is a bit clumsy compared to Signal. For example, tapping the small picture-in-picture switches camera which is not obvious, and it should be an obvious and intentional decision because I don't always want others to see the rest of my environment. In Signal, it simply swaps between the mini-image and the main-image, this makes sense to me.
Also, there doesn't seem to be a true full screen option like there is in Signal.
