Weekly digest email support for notifications

As a user, I’d love to be able to have email notifications for rooms I’m in on a weekly basis as a digest. While the current system works when I don’t get push notifications, I receive emails for almost every single message. There are some rooms where I’d rather have a digest, so I can still see what’s current without being flooded with emails.
